HALO Private Meditation

1-2-1 face to face or online | Price £90 per hour

Private meditation sessions start with a free consultation which usually takes up to 30 minutes and follows with a one hour long meditation session.

Sessions can be built around a single theme (i.e. improving focus and concentration, improving quality of your sleep) or a combination of themes.

During the private sessions you learn the essentials for meditation, relaxation and use various breathing techniques and postures. These practices can be used at home and at work.

HALO Group Meditation

Relaxed group setting (1hr) | Price £15 per person

During this session you can learn various techniques to support your own personal meditation practice.

Each session will include:

  • gentle movement postures to prepare the body for sitting
  • a meditation technique explained and guided
  • use of sound to invoke a deep state of relaxation
  • post meditation interactive discussion
  • practices to encourage self-care and compassion

About Makeda

Makeda Bernard is a mindfulness coach and meditation teacher based in Woolwich, South East London.

With a background in education, marketing and sales plus experience of working for large companies like Virgin and Whole Foods Market, Makeda understands the challenges of corporate world and uses this knowledge to support her clients.
